McDonald's Minami Shinjuku

The staff was friendly, the installation was clean, however, the food from Macdonald's is not very good, mediocre at best.

They still use beef in their french fries and hash browns so NOTHING is vegetarian/vegan!

Fairly busy throughout the day, this McDonald's is just as narrow and cramped as all the others in Tokyo and it is a little worse for the wear. The second floor has counter space looking out onto the street but there aren't any regular chairs. Instead you sit on a padded pole...hard to describe but definitely not for long, casual sitting sessions. There are regular tables but on the day I was there, these were all occupied by groups of what appeared to be tourists. Stacked suitcases and the remnants of long-finished meals made it seem like they had all been there for some time. I don't think you are going to find many more spots close to Shinjuku station that has food this fast and cheap but don't plan on a leisurely meal.

Stopped by to try the hokkaido milk pie and the french fries. They did not disappoint. The seasoning packets cost 30 yen. They were tasty.

Very Friendly Staff, Offered us free iced tea and coffee for waiting an extra 2 minutes on our food. Amazing!

What I love about this is that good serving of food. Worth the price. Had the spicy one but it's not the type of spicy that will leave in your mouth for so long. Don't expect too much if you're looking for the spicy hot one. Clean and orderly as well of the place. Claygo must be strictly observed.

It's nice to have it if you want to escape from Japanese food

McD where you can dine in its narrow 4 floors and order in the ground floor. We arrived early in Tokyo and hang out on this place first for breakfast. The staff are nice and 2 foreigners served me, they're friendly and nice. This is very close to the train station and prince hotel.

They give a menu to English speakers and u just point and put your fingers up for how many you want. Very fast with service while maintaining average McDonaldd quality

It's a McDonalds...This McDonald's has 3 floors: the first for ordering and cooking and the 2nd and 3rd for seating. There are benches along the windows on the 2nd and 3rd floors that give a somewhat nice view of the streets of Shinjuku.English language menus are provided here and ordering is a breeze. I've eaten here 2 times over the past year and I enjoyed the food as much as the food from McDonald's in the US.

Many levels with charging stations on the 3rd level and up. Also great coffee and burgers

Today 05/29 at 19:30 I bought a bigMac and some French fries and I also asked to have a large water and the guy told me that I couldn't have a large water ,, I told him to sell me some water and he yelled on me saying that he couldn't give me more water !! I believe he was the manager because he was the oldest one working at this store of Number 03-5351-4498 and my order number was 120 ! Ahh, just figured out that his name or his nick name was Baba !

Excellent location and great staff. I tripped on the stairs going up and the staff did not only clean up quickly but also gave me a replacement meal for free. Thank you.

Their burgers tastes exactly as the one we eat in the USA.

Not the greatest experience. Staff were quite rude and food wasn't cooked properly. When I took this up with one of the staff, they didn't seem to care and dismissed it.

Got the limited teriyaki burger. Take out back to the hotel. It doesn't look that good especially with some of the veggies are already out of the burger but that's normal for McDonald's all over the world I guess. Taste good though, the sauce is sweet and the burger is still very hot when I arrive the hotel.

Can't go wrong with McDonald's. Cash only.

As a tourist from Australia, i found Tokyo's 'Maccas' to be quite good with a menu not served back home at a cheaper price, and my chips are actually packed full.The milkshakes taste like milkshakes and never was the machine broken.My burgers also didn't come squashed, tops!

For a American company it's unfortunate that the menu is only available in Japanese. Lucky they understand a bit of English

Ordered a teriyaki mac burger but found it to be really dissapointing. Small, sad and miserable, it really wasn't worth 630Yen.

McDonald's in Japan is a very unique experience. The service is great at this specific locations, very fast and friendly. The food is exceptionally fresh and tasty. Not only that, the restaurant is very clean. I definitely recommend trying the shrimp katsu sandwich and the teriyaki mcburger, especially since that's pretty unique to the japanse branches of McDonald's.
